Promise for September 2025

Updated: Oct 6

Dear Church,

As we step into September, let us hold on to this scripture from

Psalms 35:1-3 NLT

[1] O Lord, oppose those who oppose me. Fight those who fight against me.

[2] Put on your armor, and take up your shield. Prepare for battle, and come to my aid.

[3] Lift up your spear and javelin against those who pursue me. Let me hear you say, “I will give you victory!”

David prayed to God, “Let me hear You say, ‘I will give you victory.’”

Every battle comes at different levels. If the battle is within your level, you can cancel it authoritatively and take victory. If the battle comes from a higher realm, beyond our knowledge, capacity, level, or territory. At such times, we must ask God to intervene. We should file a petition before the Lord and ask Him to fight our case.

Philippians 4:6 7 reminds us about prayer and petition. Petition means taking our case before God in the court of heaven, asking Him to fight battles that are beyond our strength and territory.

Let’s declare this in this month: “Lord, let me hear from You that You will give me victory.”

Psalm 121:7 (NLT) says: “The Lord keeps you from all harm and watches over your life.”

In 2 Kings 7:6, the Lord caused the Aramean army to hear the sound of horses and a great army, though no one was there. They were confused and terrified. In the same way, when you lift praise and shouts of worship at your home, God can confuse the enemy’s camp.

The Israelites could not defeat the Aramean army because the enemy was too strong. But God Himself fought for them.

Nahum 1:3 reminds us that though the Lord may seem silent, when He steps into the battle, He terrifies the enemy camp.

So we declare today:

May God bring justice in our case!

May God fight our battles!

May God cause distraction and confusion in our enemies’ camp!

May our homes be filled with praises!

And let us boldly declare: “My Lord will give me victory!”

1. I declare, “The Lord Himself will give me victory!”

2. I declare, “This battle is not mine; it belongs to the Lord.”

3. I declare, “When the battle is beyond me, my God will fight for me.”

4. I declare, “Through prayer and petition, I present my case to God, and He will act.”

5. I declare, “This month, I will hear the Lord say: Victory is yours!”

6. I declare, “The Lord keeps me from all harm and watches over my life.”

7. I declare, “As I praise, God confuses the enemy’s camp.”

8. I declare, “When God rises to fight, the enemy is terrified.”

9. I declare, “Justice is coming, because God is fighting my case.”

10. I declare, “My home is filled with praises, and my Lord gives me victory!”

Stay Blessed and victorious!

Blessings,

Pastor.
